Center for Military Science Information under Ministry of Defense of Vietnam is the leading strategic advisory agency of the army in terms of military science information. Before, without CMC’s iLib solution, the Center encountered a lot of difficulties in managing physical and electronic documents; thus, locating documents and books for readers was still manual; searching was based on labels and catalogs, and it took a lot of efforts to find the desired documents.
